Digital-product refunds.

Current release

Typeity is currently priced at Free. When no payment is collected, there is no payment to refund.

Future paid releases

Before paid sales are enabled, this page must be updated with the operator’s real refund terms and any cancellation rights required by the customer’s location. Do not enable live Stripe mode until that policy is complete.

Technical problems

If a future paid version cannot be downloaded or does not meet its stated compatibility, contact support with the order ID so the issue can be investigated.
